On Day 1, start your tour with a 3km walk to Cat Cat Village — the Black Hmong gorge community with waterfall, traditional crafts, and French-era hydroelectric ruins. Return to the hotel for a free evening in Sapa.

Arrive Sapa — Cat Cat Village Trek (3km)
Arrive in Sapa and check into the hotel. After settling in, start the tour with a 3km walk to the southwest of Sapa toward Cat Cat Village — home of the Black Hmong ethnic minority. The path descends through a steep gorge with rice terraces on all sides.
In Cat Cat, explore traditional Hmong houses, observe weavers at their looms and silver craftspeople at work. Visit the ruins of a French-built hydroelectric station from the early 1900s and relax by the picturesque Cat Cat waterfall. Return to the hotel in the afternoon — evening free to explore Sapa's night market, Stone Church and local restaurants.
Y Linh Ho — Lao Chai — Ta Van (Muong Hoa Valley 6km)
After breakfast at the hotel, begin the day with an energizing 6km trek southeast of Sapa along the stunning Muong Hoa Valley. The route descends through layers of terraced rice fields toward Y Linh Ho Village — home of the Black Hmong ethnic minority. The Hoang Lien Son mountain range dominates the horizon. Hmong women in hand-embroidered indigo clothing move through the village paths.
Continue a trek down to Lao Chai Village — famous for its sweeping terraced rice fields and the daily life of the Black Hmong people. The landscapes here are among the most photographed in northern Vietnam.
Journey on to Ta Van Village — home of the Dzay (Giay) minority people. Here, enjoy lunch at a local family home — home-cooked highland food served inside a traditional stilt house, a warm encounter with genuine Dzay hospitality. After lunch, jeep return to Sapa, then the VIP limousine bus back to Hanoi, arriving in the evening.
