From Hanoi

Pickup will be between 07:00 - 07:30 from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter or at the Cat Ba Express office (No.106 Tran Nhat Duat St., Hang Buom Dist., Hanoi). At 10:45, embarkation procedures will begin, and you will be greeted by friendly cruise staff with a welcome drink.

From Cat Ba

Please be on time at Halong Serenity Cruises office (No.191, Road 1/4, Cat Ba Town) or be ready at your hotel in Cat Ba Town around 8:15 - 8:45. The Cat Ba Express bus will pick you up to transport to Beo Pier.
