Questions & Answers

1. Is 2D1N or 3D2N better on Renea Cruise?

Choose 2D1N when time is limited and you want the core overnight experience around Cap La and Thien Canh Son Cave. Choose 3D2N when you want a slower trip with a full extra exploration day, adding Vung Vieng Village, Cong Do, and Hon Co Island.

2. Does the 3D2N Renea Cruise itinerary use a day boat?

Yes. The published 3D2N program includes a separate day-boat excursion for part of the middle day. Check the exact stops for your sailing because the day-boat route can differ from the main ship’s overnight route.

3. Which bay and route does Renea Cruise follow?

Renea Cruise is currently listed on the Bai Tu Long Bay route. Published itinerary stops include Cap La, Thien Canh Son Cave, Vung Vieng Village, Cong Do, and Hon Co Island.

4. Where does Renea Cruise depart from?

Renea Cruise currently lists its cruise check-in / departure location as Halong International Cruise port, No 9 Halong Road, Bai Chay Ward, Halong, Vietnam. Reconfirm the meeting point and arrival time before travel because port arrangements can change.

5. Is the Hanoi to Halong transfer included with Renea Cruise?

Transfer inclusion can vary by package. Confirm the Hanoi pickup, vehicle type and return arrangement in the final quote rather than assuming transport is included in the cabin price.

6. How should I choose a cabin on Renea Cruise?

The current cruise data lists 5 cabin categories with published room sizes of 16–34 m². Compare room size, bed setup, deck, occupancy and balcony/bathroom features before paying for an upgrade.

7. Is Renea Cruise suitable for families with children?

Renea Cruise lists family or connecting options such as Family Connecting Door. The cruise also has a source-synced child policy, so send each child’s age before booking to confirm the correct cabin and fare.

8. Can Renea Cruise handle vegetarian or special dietary requests?

The current Renea Cruise information indicates that special food or dietary requests can be communicated in advance. Send vegetarian, allergy, non-seafood or other requirements before the cruise and reconfirm them in the final booking note.
