Day 1Halong Bay Day Cruise
Halong Bay Day Cruise
Full Day: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Luon Cave - Titop Island
Morning
7:30: We will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to Tuan Chau International Marina by our shuttle service (book in the next step with an additional fee).
If you go to Halong Bay by yourself, please arrive on time at Tuan Chau International Marina, Halong Bay, around 11:30 - 11:45.
You will embark on Light Cruise and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Halong Bay with a welcome drink while sailing leisurely in the heart of the Wonderful Heritage of the World.
A delicious lunch with delicious seafood dishes will be served on the cruise. Please enjoy your meal and adore the breathtaking scenery of the famous Fighting Cocks Islet along the emerald water of this Wonderland.
Afternoon
The first stop for sightseeing is Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in Halong Bay, discovered by a group of French explorers in the early 1900s. To get inside this stunning cave, you have to climb more than 100 steps of stairs, so this is such a wonderful adventure for those keen on natural breath.
The second attraction is Luon Cave. If Halong Bay is famous for various special caves, this is a signature example of that. The only way to discover this stunning cave is by bamboo boat or kayaking. Because of the unique water topography and limited height, you must crawl through the cave by boat. (Luon means crawl in Vietnamese).
Continue moving to Titop Island, one of the most significant islands in Halong Bay, which owns the most beautiful beach - Vang Trang (Moon Beach). You can either enjoy the bay view from the peak or immerse yourself in the cool and calm tutorial water.
After coming back to the ship, you can relax or join some exciting activities on board, such as enjoying afternoon tea and participating in the cooking demonstration onboard to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
Time to say goodbye to the cruise team and disembark Light Cruise around 18:00 and prepare for return to Hanoi.
Evening
If using our transit, the driver will pick you up at the harbor and transfer you back on the new highway to Hanoi. At 20:30, we arrived at Hanoi and also the end of the trip.

Questions & Answers
1. Is 2D1N or 3D2N better on Light Day Cruise?
Choose 2D1N when time is limited and you want the core overnight experience. Choose 3D2N when you want a slower trip with a full extra exploration day.
2. Does the 3D2N Light Day Cruise itinerary use a day boat?
Yes. The published 3D2N program includes a separate day-boat excursion for part of the middle day. Check the exact stops for your sailing because the day-boat route can differ from the main ship’s overnight route.
3. Which bay and route does Light Day Cruise follow?
Light Day Cruise is currently listed on the Halong Bay route. Published itinerary stops include Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave, and Titop Island.
4. Where does Light Day Cruise depart from?

Family suitability depends on the exact cabin occupancy and bedding setup. The cruise also has a source-synced child policy, so send each child’s age before booking to confirm the correct cabin and fare.
7. Can Light Day Cruise handle vegetarian or special dietary requests?
The current cruise data does not provide a blanket guarantee for every special diet. Send vegetarian, allergy or other dietary requirements before booking and wait for written confirmation rather than assuming the onboard menu can accommodate them.
