Arrive at the cruise’s waiting lounge in Halong International Cruise Port around 11:00, do the check-in process, then transfer to the Ambassador Cruise.

Once on board, the crew will warmly welcome you. Listen to a short cruise briefing in the Piano Lounge while sipping our special welcome drink before entering your cabin. Then, savor a delicious lunch and admire the majestic view of the Natural Wonders while the boat passes through Halong Bay.

Afternoon

Afternoon

Located on the 3rd deck, the restaurant is surprisingly huge, measuring 288 square meters and seating up to 120 people. It is equipped with high-quality tables, armchairs, and plush sofas with decorations.

With floor-to-ceiling windows, everyone may enjoy excellent meals while admiring the magnificent Halong Bay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge

From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates

From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates

Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.

During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Children under 5 years old: surcharge 900.000VND/child & sharing bed with parents ( maximum 2 children )

Child from 5 - 11 year old: surcharge 2.700.000VND/child & sharing bed with parents. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents with surcharged for child rate.

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Luon Cave - Sung Sot Cave

Morning

08:00 - 08:30: If you book the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee), our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, and then depart for Halong Bay.

Arrive at the cruise’s waiting lounge in Halong International Cruise Port around 11:00, do the check-in process, then get on the speedboat to reach the Ambassador Cruise.

Once onboard, the crew will welcome you warmly. Listen to a short cruise briefing in the Piano Lounge while sipping our special welcome drink before entering your cabin.

Savor a buffet lunch and admire the large view of the Natural Wonders while the boat passes through Halong Bay.

Afternoon

Begin your wonderful journey at Luon Cave, where tourists can kayak or have a rowing boat tour (both has additional charge) to explore the self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain.

Refreshing with your travel mate by kayaking in the captivating Luon Cave

Explore the famous Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most magnificent cave in Halong Bay, featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites and stalagmites in various unique shapes.

Optional: For guests who don’t want to go sightseeing, you can stay onboard for a relaxing Spa treatment or enjoy the Homemade cakes at the Piano Lounge.

After an engaging excursion, return to the cruise to relax. Enjoy the Happy Hour with Canapes or join the cooking class on the sundeck/Piano Lounge.

Evening

Savor a premium Michelin-standard dinner on the sundeck (depending on weather conditions) whilst being serenaded with live band music (except Mondays).

After that, you can try squid fishing, listen to live music, sip a cocktail, or have a spa treatment at the spa.

Day 2: Titop Island - Halong International Harbor - Hanoi

Begin your new day with a Tai Chi session in the outstanding sunrise. Visit the restaurant for a light breakfast with tea, coffee, and pastries later.

Stop at Titop Island, known as one of "the shiniest pearls" of Halong Bay. You can experience the turquoise water. Or else, spend time hiking to the peak of this island and grasp the marvelous view of the bay.

After discovering the island, return to the cruise, where a full buffet breakfast awaits you. Let's spend the last moments admiring the large scenery while the boat sails back to the harbor. Bill settlement and check-out procedures are at the reception on the first deck around 9:30.

10:15: We'll disembark at the Halong International Cruise Port. Farewell to the crew members, and wait for the pick-up service.

If you book our service transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee), a shuttle bus will pick you up and transfer you back to your hotel in Hanoi. Arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter around 14:30 and end your journey.
