Itinerary
Your adventure begins as you arrive in Lao Cai after an overnight train journey. The early morning light will greet you as you step off the train, and a scenic bus ride will take you up into the mountains to Sapa, the gateway to your exploration.
Our journey starts with a 6-kilometer trek to Y Linh Ho Village, a hidden gem where the Black Hmong ethnic community has lived for generations. As you walk along the trails, you'll be surrounded by stunning terraced rice fields and the peaceful sounds of nature. The villagers here still practice traditional farming and weaving, and you'll have the chance to learn about their way of life firsthand.
Continuing on, we’ll embark on a 3-kilometer hike to Lao Chai Village, another enchanting spot nestled in the lush countryside. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to pause at a picturesque picnic spot for a delicious local lunch, savoring the flavors of Sapa’s unique cuisine while surrounded by breathtaking views.
Afternoon:
After lunch, our trek takes us to Ta Van Village, where the adventure becomes even more immersive. In this vibrant village, you’ll have the chance to engage in cultural activities—perhaps learning a traditional dance, trying on local attire, or participating in one of the many lively festivals that the village is known for.
Evening:
As the day draws to a close, unwind at a cozy homestay in Ta Van. Here, you’ll enjoy a warm, home-cooked dinner with your hosts, sharing stories and learning more about their lives. The quiet of the night, combined with the comfort of your homestay, will ensure a peaceful rest, preparing you for the adventures that await tomorrow.
