EcoSapa started in 2015 with a simple idea: the journey from Hanoi to Sapa should be as memorable as the destination itself. Our founder, a Sapa native, saw too many travelers arriving exhausted after cramped overnight buses and unreliable transfers. There had to be a better way.
We began with one 9-seat limousine van and a commitment to three things: comfort, safety, and personal service. Word spread quickly among backpackers and families alike. By 2018, we had expanded to a fleet of modern IVECO D-Car limousines. Today, we operate 4 daily departures and have safely transported over 10,000 passengers from more than 40 countries.
Despite our growth, we remain a locally owned and operated business. Every driver is from Lao Cai Province. Every booking is handled by our in-house team — not outsourced to a call center. When you message us on WhatsApp, you're talking to someone who knows every curve of the mountain road and every hotel in the Old Quarter.
